Adult woman enduring ABDL enema punishment. Naked in a concrete corner, collar on, chain up, only black patterned socks. She sits on the dirty floor hugging her knees while someone stands over her with a bowl.
They dunk the orange bulb in the bowl. She stands with her hands on her thighs and takes it. No bathroom. Just the hook on the floor and the wall ring.
After the fill she squats, face tight, diaper thrown on the concrete in front of her. She has to get over it and let go into the pad. She pulls the diaper under her ass and stays chained in the corner while it happens.
Basement, collar, bulb, loaded diaper on the floor.
