6. User submissions If you upload, you give us a worldwide license to host, transcode, and display that file on ABDL Tube, including thumbnails and ads next to it. You promise the file is 18+, legal, and yours to post. We can refuse, edit the title, or delete any upload.
7. Termination We can remove videos and ban users, including repeat copyright or 18+ violators, without notice.
8. Illegal content Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and other illegal content. See the 18+ policy. We report CSAE.
9. Money The free site may show ads. Paid features, if we add them, are optional. Fees already paid are not refunded if we ban an account for breach.
10. Your promises You are 18+. Your information is true. You have read the privacy and 2257 pages.
11. No warranty THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not promise it will be up, safe, or accurate. Adult files can be offensive. You watch at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage from use of the site or from other users’ uploads.
13. Indemnity You will cover us for claims that come from your uploads or your abuse of the site.
