DMCA notice of copyright infringement
ABDL Tube respects copyright. We respond to notices that follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). The U.S. Copyright Office text is at copyright.gov.
If you knowingly lie in a notice, you can be liable under Section 512(f).
We may remove material and, where accounts exist, suspend or terminate users who infringe or appear to infringe other people’s rights.
How to send a notice Email abdltube@proton.me with the subject “DMCA” and include all of the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for the owner. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work. If many works are involved, a representative list is enough. 3. Identification of the material you say is infringing, and information that lets us find it — the exact URL on abdltube.com. A homepage or a category link is not enough. 4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law. 6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Send notices to: Copyright agent ABDL Tube abdltube@proton.me
Do not send business pitches to this address.
We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice as quickly as we reasonably can. We may tell the uploader. Repeat infringement can mean a permanent ban.
Counter-notice: if your file was removed and you believe that was a mistake or fair use, email the same address with your contact details, the URLs removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA. We may restore the file after the statutory wait if the complainant does not file suit.
